Billing & subscriptions

Qmon subscriptions are billed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and tap Qmon. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you need a refund, Apple handles those directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account deletion

You can delete your Qmon account and all associated data from inside the app: open the Parent Dashboard, tap Settings, and choose Delete Account. If you've lost access to your account, email us from the address you used to sign up and we'll help.
