Terms of Service

To use Qmon, you must create either a student account or a parent account. Parent accounts are required to manage child profiles and access the parent dashboard. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

Parent accounts receive a unique family code (format QM-XXXX) used to link child learner profiles. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and linked child accounts.

Qmon is available through the following subscription plans:

• Core Monthly: $9.99 per month (1 student profile)
• Core Annual: $94.99 per year (saves 20%, 1 student profile)
• Family Monthly: $15.99 per month (up to 5 student profiles)
• Family Annual: $139.99 per year (saves 27%, up to 5 student profiles)

Both plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged until the free trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region due to currency conversion and local taxes applied by Apple.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Qmon until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Creme Holdings LLC does not process refunds directly as all billing is managed through the Apple App Store.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any purpose other than personal, educational use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content
• Use QLink Study Groups for anything other than collaborative learning
• Share phone numbers, email addresses, external links, social handles, abusive content, harassment, impersonation, or any content that moves students off Qmon

QLink Study Groups are invite-only and may be enabled or disabled from the Parent Area. Qmon may reject, hide, or review messages and reports to protect students and enforce these Terms. Students can leave groups, report messages, and block group members. Qmon is not a general social network and does not provide an open student directory.

Qmon is designed for use by students ages 5 to 18 with parent or guardian involvement where needed. Students 13 and older can create their own accounts. For children under 13, a parent or guardian must review and acknowledge Qmon's data practices before the account-linked student profile is created. Parent accounts are optional for progress tracking and are linked to student accounts through Family Codes.

The App contains no advertising and no external links accessible to children. QLink Study Groups are parent-enabled, invite-only, and built without a public student directory or open search. Children interact with educational content, the AI tutor Archie, and parent-enabled invite-only QLink study groups.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creme Holdings Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Qmon is an educational supplement and is not a substitute for professional educational instruction or assessment.
